What data we process
This website has no forms and no user accounts. We only process the data you give us when you call us, message us on WhatsApp or send us an email: your name, your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us, which may include information about your health.
If you then come to the clinic, your clinical record is handled separately, under health regulations.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and arrange your appointment. Legal basis: your request and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Any health information you share is processed to provide healthcare, under professional secrecy (Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR).
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If you become a patient, for the periods set by health regulations for clinical records.
Who we share it with
We don't share your data with third parties unless required by law. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which acts as a data processor and logs technical data about visits (such as IP addresses) for security for a limited time. Cloudflare may process this data outside the European Economic Area under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
If you message us on WhatsApp, Meta processes that data as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability, by writing to andainaclinica@gmail.com. If you think we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
